Due to the nature of our product being a consumable food item, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased online, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer safety. For this reason, once a product has left our facility, it cannot be resold, reused, or returned into circulation due to strict health and safety standards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at wildbeesups@outlook.com with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or an alternative solution.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being delivered into the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days for any reason. However, this right does not apply once the product seal is broken or if the product cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, as with consumable goods. To be eligible, the product must remain fully sealed, unused, and in original condition.
