Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Try Before You Buy

Some items in our store may be sold as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of orders.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Minimum Term

Some subscription products require a minimum commitment period (e.g., two weeks, or another product-specific minimum).

  • During the minimum term, you may change your delivery frequency, but you cannot fully cancel the subscription until the minimum term is complete.

Cancelling or Changing a Subscription

After the minimum term ends:

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time, as long as your next order has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled (processed and packaged for dispatch), it cannot be cancelled.

Your order confirmation emails include links that allow you to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are out of stock or scheduled for future release. Depending on the product, we may take:

  • No payment at checkout,

  • A partial deposit, or

  • Full payment upfront.

We may store your payment method and charge the remaining balance once the item is ready to be fulfilled.

Cancelling Pre-Orders

  • You can cancel any unfulfilled or partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy purchases, we will authorize your payment method prior to shipping. You will be given a set period of time to decide whether to keep the product.

  • If you return the product within the allowed time, you will not be charged.

  • If the time period expires and the product has not been returned, your payment method will be automatically charged for the full amount.
