Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. WildBee Supps is not responsible or liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If incorrect details are provided and the order is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot guarantee redelivery or a refund.

However, if an error occurs due to our mistake (for example, an incorrect label printed by us), we will resend your order or issue a refund.

Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
