Maximising protein?

Switch all five recipes to a version with one weighed scoop (30g) of protein powder.

Using a different protein powder? Update its label values

Enter the values for one serving on your pack. We scale them to the 30g of powder used in each recipe. Vanilla or unflavoured works across all five; chocolate suits the banana recipes. Choose a powder without added caffeine.

Reference: 30g vanilla whey isolate, about 114 kcal, 26.2g protein, 1.2g carbs and 0.3g fat. Values are a calculation example, not a powder recommendation.

Macro estimates are per serving and include one STING sachet.

MAKE IT YOUR MORNING

Here’s how.

  1. Soak

Mix chia seeds, milk and vanilla in a jar. Leave for 10 minutes, stir again to break up clumps, then cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.

  2. Stir

In the morning, stir the thickened chia mixture. Add a splash of milk if it is too firm.

  3. Finish

Top with yoghurt and diced mango. Drizzle the entire STING sachet over the pot just before eating.

Recipe inspiration: Dietitian Made’s mango yoghurt chia pudding. Inspired by the chia, yoghurt, mango and honey pairing; our version uses STING as the morning drizzle. Ingredients and method rewritten for this STING version; the source’s nutrition figures do not apply.

Protein method inspiration: Real Life Nutritionist’s Greek yoghurt chia pudding. Adapted for a 30g scoop, the portions listed here and one STING sachet; source macros do not apply.
