Maximising protein?

Switch all five recipes to a version with one weighed scoop (30g) of protein powder.

Using a different protein powder? Update its label values

Enter the values for one serving on your pack. We scale them to the 30g of powder used in each recipe. Vanilla or unflavoured works across all five; chocolate suits the banana recipes. Choose a powder without added caffeine.

Reference: 30g vanilla whey isolate, about 114 kcal, 26.2g protein, 1.2g carbs and 0.3g fat. Values are a calculation example, not a powder recommendation.

Macro estimates are per serving and include one STING sachet.
